Sam joined Studholme Chiropractic in the fall of 2019. She graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Athletic Training in 2012. Before coming on board, Sam worked with Ithaca College covering wrestling and women’s volleyball. She then spent 2 years at Fort Benning working with Army Infantry servicemen and earning her Masters’ in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Sam continued to expand her athletic training career returning to collegiate athletics at Siena College. There she spent her time covering womens volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse.
Sam holds certifications from the BOC as an Athletic Trainer, NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, and NCBTMB as a Massage Therapist – which enables her to deliver all-inclusive rehabilitation and human performance training.
